Unfortunately this was a chopped up movie that was poorly directed and pieced together with flash backs that make no sense. But in the end it turned out to be self defense. When the girl finally meets the boy and falls in love with him she agrees to keep his hiding place a secret from everyone including her mom. But he was actually homeless and falsely accused of murder.

The first half of the movie was just a rip off of bad ronald if you haven t seen bad ronald you must. Unknown to her he is harboring a dark secret. Brooke pulls down the stairs and finds her mother tied up in the attic. My first thought was that michael the boy living in the attic was a killer.
