In my recent holidays i wanted to tinker a little bit and so i decided to build my own 1 12 guitar speaker cabinet.

After doing the final sanding your cabinet is ready to use. A decent guitar cab is essential to any good rig. One day i started to scribble a cabinet on a piece of paper that was flying around and half an hour later the plan was laid out. Slide the speaker board in place so it sandwiches the mesh and nail in place.

Sure guitar and the amp are critical to the sound but you can have the best guitar amp set up in the world it ll still sound poor running through your pc speakers or something similarly unsuitable. With an amp shelf resting on ledges that are glued and screwed to the sides and the speakers mounted stage one of the cabinet build is complete.

Primarily the cabinet is a convenient way of housing the speaker so it should be solidly built to ensure no joint vibration unpleasant buzzing and be strong. The thing is guitar cabs can be expensive. Even the sound from your guitar will also depend upon it. Cut the mesh to the inside size of the guitar speaker cabinet and glue in place.
