Canon Printer Keeps Printing Double Sided

Is there a simple fix.

Canon printer keeps printing double sided.

I have checked all the settings. Ive been trying to figure it out but i cant find where i can do it or not. Select letter 8 5 x11 22x28cm or a4 in the page size drop down on the page setup tab. I have a mac using osx yosemite v 10 10 5 use chrome browser.

They said it was a microsoft problem. Check the duplex printing check box on the page setup tab and confirm that automatic is checked.
